Master Class MUSIC ON THE STRING with Prof.Violeta Smailovic-Huart in her hometown, Sarajevo.

For whom

For talented violinists who are determined to bring their violin playing to the next level. For those who want to find out some important information about how to improve the practicing, performing and teaching skills.

This program can also be followed by string teachers who would like to improve their teaching/performing skills.

Where

In the very center of the city: Music School of Sarajevo (Josipa Stadlera no.1) and the Association Musica Ad Hominem (Strosmajerova 4).

What

4 individual lessons with Prof.Smailovic-Huart including proposition of  tailored  personal  timeline.

This Master Class is part of our ” How to Practice” events and will include also 3 sessions (each 3h long) of group lessons SYSTEM- Music On The String. Group lessons will overlook all main areas of violin playing techniques. If needed, it can be arranged to  join group lessons online.

Accomodation

You can find rooms and appartments in Sarajevo easily through Airbnb. There are also many comfortable hotels and hostels close to the places where lessons take place (Franz Ferdinand, Sokak, etc.)

Food

Sarajevo is well known for excellent and yet cheap local food. Once you arrive you will be provided with the list of restaurants that we suggest as “must try”.

Price

Students: 390 Euros (4 individual lessons+3  SYSTEM group lessons+registration fee).

Teachers:160 Euros (passive participation at all lessons+SYSTEM group lessons+registration fee)
